How can I obtain technical specs, service manuals, wiring diagrams, etc for my Panasonic manufactured product?
PASA produces and sells automotive electronics directly to OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and dealerships only. As such we are unable to provide technical specifications, service manuals or schematics of any of the units we produce.

My vehicle is under warranty and I need service on my Panasonic audio product. Where should I go?
All vehicles under warranty should be taken to your nearest dealership for service. The dealer will determine if a repair is necessary and how it should be handled.

My vehicle is out of warranty and I need service on my Panasonic audio product. Where should I go?
Although your vehicle may be out of warranty, your nearest dealership will still be able to provide diagnostics and then check PASA's service network to determine if a replacement is available.

How can I purchase a replacement audio unit for my vehicle?
PASA produces and sells automotive electronics directly to OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and dealerships only. As such we are unable to resale units to individuals or unauthorized organizations. Replacement units would need to be purchased through your nearest dealership.

I have lost the security code for my Panasonic product. How can I obtain a replacement?
Please contact your nearest automotive dealership. PASA is unable to supply this code directly to consumers.
